We have decided to offer this prize
over half term 23 October – 27 October, so that families can take advantage
too, just let us know what date you would prefer and if it’s available we will

Terms & Conditions
How to Enter
1.
To enter into the sweepstake competition,
entrants will need to add the competition hashtag #SecretLDNTour into the
original competition advert comment and tag the friends they would like to take
with them if they win on either Facebook or Twitter.
2.
There is only one winner and a limit
to a group of 5, the winner will be selected randomly.
3.
The competition opens on Friday 8th of September and closes on Sunday 8th October 2017.
4.
Entrants can enter at any point
between these dates.
5.
Entrants can only enter the competition
once but can like, share, comment, tweet
and retweet as many times as they like.
6.
The competition is only open to UK
residents aged 18 or over.
Prize
7.
This prize will be for (up to) 5 people to win a (one) Secret London
Taxi Tour worth £275 including a bespoke tour of Borough Market, and time to take a lunch break while there.
8.
The Prizes are as stated and they
cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods or services.
Data Protection and Publicity
9.
When you enter you consent to your screen
name and profile photograph to be disclosed on our Visit London Taxi Tours digital
channels or other media if you win any prizes under the competition.
10.
Any personal data relating to
participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection
legislation. By entering the competition, you agree that Visit London Taxi Tours
may contact you in relation to the competition.
Competition Rules

The competition will be run and
prizes will be awarded at Visit London Taxi Tours sole discretion.
12.
Visit London Taxi Tours decision is
final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Visit London Taxi Tours reserve the
right to refuse entry into the competition.

Competition winners will be contacted
by Visit London Taxi Tours via a tagged public post and a message via your
social media account, so that accurate contact details can be collated to
receive your prize.

We reserve the right to change
competition rules and their terms and conditions from time to time. If we do
so, we will always have the most up to date terms and conditions on the website
and in the case of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and those
on the website, the website terms and conditions will apply.
Liability and Indemnities

Except in the case of death or
personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far
as is permitted by law, Visit London Taxi Tours and its associated companies,
agents, distributors exclude responsibility and all liabilities, whether direct
or indirect, arising from:
A: any postponement or cancellation of the competition;
B: any changes to, supply of or use of the prize;
and
C: any act or default of any supplier, which are
beyond Visit London Taxi Tours reasonable control.
D: Visit London Taxi Tours do not accept responsibility for any liability arising from
technical incompatibility, problems relating to the internet, or technical
difficulties of any kind.
Jurisdiction
17.
The competition and these T&C’s
are governed by English Law. England & Wales shall have exclusive
jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection
with these T&C’s.
